Compagnucci Store shipments to European Union countries are made via DHL express courier. The shipping cost varies depending on the destination and is calculated at the time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you received the goods to return the product, make the return request, send the package and have it delivered to us (the returned goods must be delivered to our office no later than beyond 14 days of the order delivery date). The return will be accepted under the following conditions:
the products must not have been used or washed; the products must be returned in their original packaging; the additional elements (e.g. paper, laces, etc.) must be returned intact in the packaging; the products must not be damaged.

To return/exchange the product, send us an email to our Customer Service info@compagnuccistore.it providing: name, surname and order number. An email will be sent in response where you will be given all the instructions for carrying out the return/exchange.
To make the return, Compagnucci Store uses the Poste Italiane courier at a cost of €6.00
Refund issuance :
After receiving and verifying your return, Compagnucci Store will refund the items returned by you.
The return costs of €6.00 ​​will be deducted from the refund for the Poste Italiane courier service.
The refund may be visible within 7 days of its issue on the account used at the time of purchase. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
We remind you that any initial shipping costs to receive the order will never be refunded.
Returns from abroad :
If you are not in Italy, you will have to proceed with the shipment of the item to be returned independently by booking a courier of your choice. Once you have sent us the email for the return request with: name, surname and order number, we will send you an email in response with the confirmation and shipping address.
